What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life varies by product but generally our products stay fresh for 12 – 18 months after opening. Necesse products are made with all natural ingredients so they will react to extreme heat or cold. Store your products at room temperature, out of direct sunlight to maximize product life and efficacy. Using clean hands to apply products to clean skin reduces the amount of bacteria that is introduced

Are your products Paraben free?

All of Necesse products are paraben free.

Are your products certified organic?

Necesee Naturals is 100% natural, and as organic as possible using certified organic ingredients.

Are your products safe for pregnant women and babies?

All of the products are perfect for pregnant women and newborns as Necesse Naturals products do not contain any of the harsh and irritating ingredients that are found in many traditional products.

Can I get (other) products for my family?

The best part of using natural products, is that it can be used by your entire family. You don’t have to buy products specified for men, for women, for kids or for infants.

Can I use Necesse Natural products if I have eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis?

Necesse Natural products were formulated with those that suffer from eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis in mind. The formulations of our products mean they contain none of the harsh and irritating ingredients, such as sulphates (the leading cause of contact dermatitis) and synthetic fragrances that are found in traditional skin care products.

What kind of results can I expect from your products?

Plan to commit to a new skin-care regimen anywhere from six to 12 weeks to see if it really works.

Do you use synthetic dyes or synthetic fragrances?

Synthetic dyes or fragrances are not used in any of our products. In order to ensure an effective, affordable product that didn’t have all of the toxic ingredients, we use fragrances that come from premium essential oils.

Do you use petroleum?

No. None of the products made by Necesse contain petroleum.

Are Necesse Naturals products tested on animals?

No, they’re not.

My body butter has melted a little. What do I do?

Place your jar into the fridge for about 30 minutes and it will be like new.

My body butter arrived frozen. What do I do?

Let your jar sit for about 30 minutes in a room temperature environment and it will soften to the perfect consistency.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Visa Debit and e-mail money transfers.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes, we ship within Canada and to the continental USA.
